IMPORTANT NOTICE
"PLEASE READ"
Important Notice: This is a
"Special Theme Cruise Event" in which all reservations made are
bounded by the cancellation terms and conditions set forth by KIQ Tours and Aqua
Boogie Cruises and not by the cancellation terms and conditions of any cruise line. By reserving travel as a member of the Aqua Boogie Theme Cruise
all members acknowledge compliance to these terms and conditions set forth below
and at no time can hold KIQ Tours nor the cruise lines liable for any
independent agent's or representative's additional terms of cancellations when
traveling with the Aqua Boogie Cruise as a representative of that group or
individual.
All payments noted as "Mandatory" are required. These minimum payments MUST be received on or before the date noted in order to continue your eligibility for the special rates, discounts and incentives afforded to you. If any "Mandatory" payment is not received on or by the noted date, your or a member(s) of your group reservation will be canceled with loss of all incentives and entitlements to this reservation booking. If reservation is canceled due to non-payment before the $300.00 cancellation assessment period, your reservation will be automatically rebooked at the current rates provided by KIQ Tours and Aqua Boogie Cruises at the time of rebooking. In the event that you or a member of your groups reservation is canceled during the $300.00 and $500.00 cancellation assessment period, that reservation will cancel and will not be automatically rebooked and must be rebooked by you or your group leader. Guests are highly encourage to make "Mandatory" payments at least one week before the required date to ensure receipt and processing of payment.
Please note that any guest requiring a final payment extension must make such request at least 2 weeks before the final payment due date. All extensions will be incur a $75.00 Payment Extension Fee for every approved final payment extension required.

All reservations require a $50.00 (Cruise-Only) or $100.00 (Cruise-Air) per person minimum nonrefundable/nontransferable deposit to qualify for the Super Early-Saver "Discount" Package payment plan. Additional or larger deposit/payment amounts can be made at anytime at the discretion of the traveler.

Early Saver is backed by a unique price protection policy.

Price protection doesn’t apply to grp rates, membership programs,charters,select promotional fares, travel agent rebates, or other travel agent promotions not offered by Carnival to the general public.

When re-pricing to a new promotion, guest assumes all terms & conditions of the new promotion & may forfeit any or all features associated with the original fare,such as cabin assignment,onboard credit,an upgrade,special deposit & payment terms,etc.

Verified rate difference is issued as an onboard credit.

No name changes are allowed.

A $50 fee pp will be assessed for ship/sail date changes made prior to final payment date.

TRAVEL INFORMATION
EMBARKATION/DEBARKATION INFORMATION
WHAT TIME CAN I GET ON THE BOAT
Embarkation:
Miami - 12:00 PM
All guests must check-in at least 30 minutes prior to departure.
WHAT TIME DO I MAKE MY RETURN FLIGHT FOR
To allow sufficient time for U.S. Customs clearance, it is recommended that you schedule air flights no earlier than the following times.
Debarkation:
Miami - 10:00 AM
Ft. Lauderdale - 11:00 AM
PORT CHARGES
Port charges include: (i) Taxes/fees assessed by governmental
and other agencies, (ii) costs incident to entering/leaving ports such as
pilotage, (iii) costs incurred while in port, such as stevedoring, waste removal
and payroll for port-related functions.
LIQUOR POLICY
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited from being brought onboard
the ship with the exception of wine. Guests are allowed to bring up to 2 bottle of wine in their personal carry-on luggage. Guests can also purchase alcohol in advance to be delivered to their cabins upon arrival for their cruise through Carnival Cruise Lines NEW "Fun Shop" store at http://www.carnival.com/Funshops or can wait until your arrival onboard your ship and then purchase through the room service department.
Alcoholic beverages purchased in foreign ports may not be consumed in
public areas, on deck and are not served to anyone under the age of 21. Liquor
purchased at Port of Calls and from the gift shops will be held for you and delivered on the last night of the cruise.
CLOTHING
Casual attire is in order during the day. For one or two
nights, formal attire or dark suit is suggested. The dress code for other
evening ranges from sport coat and tie to casual resort wear. Shorts and
T-shirts are not permitted in the dining room during dinner.
TIPPING
Tipping is at your discretion. As a guideline, Carnival
recommends $13.00 per day for gratuities for the following services: Room
Steward, Dining Room Staff,
Alternative Dining Staff. Daily tipping guidelines apply
regardless of dining options selected. For your convenience, a 15% gratuity will
be automatically added to your bar bills. Pre-paid
gratuities can be purchased in advance per person for cruise if you choose. Contact your travel agent or group leader for this information. Currently pre-paid gratuities for this sailing will be $104.00.
SPECIAL DIETS
Carnival Cruise Lines can arrange special diets requirements.
All request must be made at least 2 weeks prior to sailing. You should discuss
the method of preparation of menu items with your waiter or headwaiter. There
may be limitations in our ability to accommodate special orders. Kosher meals
may not be available.
GUARANTEED SHARE PROGRAM
KIQ Tours will find you up to three
companion roommates on a guaranteed share basis (subject to stateroom
availability). This program is only available on a cruise-only (no airfare
included) basis for guests of the same sex who are at least 21 years old.
CHANGE ITINERARY
KIQ Tours and Carnival Cruise Lines reserves the right to
cancel or substitute any events, schedules, port of calls at anytime and for any
reason whatsoever without prior notice, and shall not be liable for any loss to
guests by reason of such cancellation or substitution. Reservations are subject
to change in the event of a full–ship charter.
RESPONSIBILITY
KIQ Tours and the cruise lines neither controls, nor
operates, nor is it responsible for the actions of independent contractors, such
as airlines, railroad companies, tour operators or ground transporters. KIQ
Tours and the cruise line denies any responsibility or liability for late arrival of
your flight, train, or for any illness, injury, damage, loss of cruise time or
other irregularities resulting there from. The cruise lines responsibility does not
extend beyond the vessels. You are responsible for arriving at the respective
ports on the time for embarkation and for joining the vessel at its next port of
call if, for any reason, you miss a scheduled sailing. The cruise line reserves the
right to refuse or discontinue passage to anyone when, in cruise lines judgment,
it would be considered a risk to the guest’s own well being or that of any
other guest.
